Make your nerves strong

You must retain great strength in your mind and words. "I am low, I am low"--repeating these ideas in the mind, man belittles and degrades himself.Sin may be said to be the feeling of every kind of weakness. From this weakness spring jealousy, malice, and so forth. Hence weakness is sin. What we want is strength, so believe in yourselves... Make your nerves strong. What we want is muscles of iron and nerves of steel. We have wept long enough. No more weeping, but stand on your own feet and be men.

Salvation only for the Brave

Be strong! … You talk of ghosts and devils. We are the living devils. The sign of life is strength and growth. The sign of death is weakness. Whatever is weak, avoid! It is death. If it is strength, go down into hell and get hold of it! There is salvation only for the brave. "None but the brave deserves the fair." None but the bravest deserves salvation.

Physical Fitness and Positive Thinking

Hi Friends,

When we talk about Positive Thinking, we should not ignore the importance of Physical Fitness.

We can compare our Body and Thinking process with Computer Hardware and Software. If we want to install some software in our computer, then its Hardware part must be ok. In the same line when we want to apply positive thinking process in our life, we should be Physically Fit.

We see many people, who talk a lot about "Positive Thinking" and keeps a lots of books on this topic but they are not happy, one of the reasons is that they invest their energy in thinking process only and ignore the physical fitness.

So friends take care of this important part too. To keep ourself fit, we should do physical exercise regularly. Those who are a little bit shy in doing physical exercise outside in the ground, they may start in their room...no problem. Physical Exercise can be of any types, depending on your interest, but I will recommend Yoga.

Remember the words of Swami Vivekananda that physically, intellectually and spiritually strong people can make the world beautiful.

Keep Smiling
