Physical Fitness and Positive Thinking

Hi Friends,

When we talk about Positive Thinking, we should not ignore the importance of Physical Fitness.

We can compare our Body and Thinking process with Computer Hardware and Software. If we want to install some software in our computer, then its Hardware part must be ok. In the same line when we want to apply positive thinking process in our life, we should be Physically Fit.

We see many people, who talk a lot about "Positive Thinking" and keeps a lots of books on this topic but they are not happy, one of the reasons is that they invest their energy in thinking process only and ignore the physical fitness.

So friends take care of this important part too. To keep ourself fit, we should do physical exercise regularly.Those who are a little bit shy in doing physical exercise outside in the ground, they may start in their room...no problem. Physical Exercise can be of any types, depending on your interest, but I will recommend Yoga.

Remember the words of Swami Vivekananda that physically, intellectually and spiritually strong people can make the world beautiful.

Whenever you are not feeling well, just remember the following lines. I am sure that this lines will help a lot in getting mental peace and lead to a happy life...ok..:):)

1) क्यों व्यर्थ की चिंता करते हो? किससे व्यर्थ डरते हो? कौन तुम्हें मार सक्ता है? आत्मा ना पैदा होती है, न मरती है।

2) जो हुआ, वह अच्छा हुआ, जो हो रहा है, वह अच्छा हो रहा है, जो होगा, वह भी अच्छा ही होगा। तुम भूत का पश्चाताप न करो। भविष्य की चिन्ता न करो। वर्तमान चल रहा है।

3) तुम्हारा क्या गया, जो तुम रोते हो? तुम क्या लाए थे, जो तुमने खो दिया? तुमने क्या पैदा किया था, जो नाश हो गया? न तुम कुछ लेकर आये, जो लिया यहीं से लिया। जो दिया, यहीं पर दिया। जो लिया, इसी (भगवान) से लिया। जो दिया, इसी को दिया।

4) खाली हाथ आए और खाली हाथ चले। जो आज तुम्हारा है, कल और किसी का था, परसों किसी और का होगा। तुम इसे अपना समझ कर मग्न हो रहे हो। बस यही प्रसन्नता तुम्हारे दु:खों का कारण है।

5) परिवर्तन संसार का नियम है। जिसे तुम मृत्यु समझते हो, वही तो जीवन है। एक क्षण में तुम करोड़ों के स्वामी बन जाते हो, दूसरे ही क्षण में तुम दरिद्र हो जाते हो। मेरा-तेरा, छोटा-बड़ा, अपना-पराया, मन से मिटा दो, फिर सब तुम्हारा है, तुम सबके हो।

6) न यह शरीर तुम्हारा है, न तुम शरीर के हो। यह अग्नि, जल, वायु, पृथ्वी, आकाश से बना है और इसी में मिल जायेगा। परन्तु आत्मा स्थिर है - फिर तुम क्या हो?

7) तुम अपने आप को भगवान के अर्पित करो। यही सबसे उत्तम सहारा है। जो इसके सहारे को जानता है वह भय, चिन्ता, शोक से सर्वदा मुक्त है।

8) जो कुछ भी तू करता है, उसे भगवान के अर्पण करता चल। ऐसा करने से सदा जीवन-मुक्त का आनंन्द अनुभव करेगा।

2) Whatever happened in the past, happened for the best; whatever is happening, is happening for the best; whatever will happen in future, will happen for the best. Do not repent the past, do not worry for future, concentrate on your present.

3) What did you own, that makes you cry on losing? What did you bring, that you fear losing? What did you give birth to, that you fear its destruction? You didn't bring anything. Whatever one takes, one must return it to God.

4) Everyone came empty handed and will therefore die, empty handed.Whatever belongs to you today, belonged to someone else yesterday and it will belong to some one else tomorrow. Don't be illusioned by maya. Maya is the root cause of all pain and misery.

5) Change is the rule of nature. What one understands, as death is actually life itself. One moment you are the owner of crores and in the very next moment you become a pauper.

6) Your body doesn't belong to you and vice versa. Body is composed of five elements- Fire, Water, Air, Earth and Sky; one day it will perish in these elements.

7) Offer yourself to the Almighty Lord. This is the best support.One who knows this unconditional support gains freedom from fear, worry and despair.

4) Tum khaali haath aaye, khaali haath chale. Jo aaj tumhara hain, wao kal kisi aur ka tha, parso kisi aur ka hoga. Tum isse apna samajhkar magna ho rahe ho,bus yahi prasannatha tumhare dukhon ka kaaran hain.

5) Parivartan sansaar kaa niyam hai. Jise tum mrityu samajhate ho, wahi to jeevan hai. Ek chhan mein tim karoroan ke swami ban jaate ho, dusre hi chhan tum daridra ho jaate ho. Mera-tera, chhota-bada, apnaa-paraayaa, man se mita do, phir sab tumhara hai, tum sabke ho.

6) Na yah shareer tumhara hai, na tum shareer ke ho. Yah agni, jal, vaayu, prithvi, aakash se banaa hai aur eesi mein mil jaayega. Parantu aatma sthir hai-phir tum kya ho?

7) Tum apne aap ko bhagwan ko arpit karo. Yahi sabse uttam sahaara hai. Jo eeske sahaare ko jaanta hai wah bhay, chinta, shok se sarvdaa mukta hai.

8) Jo kuchh bhi tu kartaa hai, usko bhagwaan ke arpan karta chal. Aisaa karne se sadaa jeevan-mukta kaa aananda anubhav karega.

3.Our Farmers- Through their hard work, they ensured “food security” for the country.And we know that Food is one of the basic needs of Life.

4. Great Rishies like Swami Vivekananda who sacrificed his life for the country and gave the message of modern humanity to the world.

5.Our Parents and Guru- It is our parents, who took care of us when we were kids. They always think about our character, not just our careers. They would like to make us competent, responsible, considerate, generous men or women.

6.Our Scientists-The Indian scientists have excelled in various fields of science. The extraordinary inventions of the Indian scientists have played an all important role in the overall development of India. They have also made India proud with their scientific achievements and many Indian scientists have received international awards as well. Their discoveries have also been appreciated all over the world.

7. All the Indians, who love India and and believe in Simple Living and High thinking. Those who are doing their best to make the country and whole world beautiful.
